Delivery Information

Due to the hazardous nature of the materials and the restrictions on limited quantities shipping, some products will be sent in 5Kg containers (you may order 20Kg but receive 4x5Kg tubs), we apologise if this causes any inconvenience but this due to shipping regulations we have to adhere to.

Orders are processed and deliveries undertaken during working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. 3 day deliveries may be delivered sooner.

The delivery charge shown is for mainland UK only, for delivery to Cornwall, Isle of Wight, Wales, Scotland, Ireland and the rest of Europe the price may vary. Please call our offices to confirm – (0843 2899069) or we will contact you with the actual delivery cost and to take payment of the additional costs.

Important delivery notices!

We will assume that all delivery addresses can be accessed easily by Lorries. If not, then it is your responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions to the delivery address at the time of order.

CYB use specialist carriers to deliver your items. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for your order. Instructions can be given for smaller consignments, in most cases large orders cannot be delivered without signature. Please call CYB on 01268 696094 to confirm your order can be delivered without signature.

Return Information

If you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange – you must contact CYB within the 7 day period to notify us of the reason for return prior to shipping. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Returning the goods is at your own expense and is non-refundable. If items or packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund.
